To maintain good health, we have to do certain things. We have to take balanced diet. We must take adequate exercise regularly to keep our body fit for work. We must not keep late hours. We should go to bed early at night and rise early in the morning. Peace of mind is another condition for good health.
So we must not worry about small and unnecessary things of life. For keeping our health sound, we should maintain hygiene. We should be clean and tidy always. We must take bath regularly and clean our limbs properly. So, to keep good health, we should take proper food, sleep, rest and physical exercise regularly.
